Meet our Amazing Staff!
Our Lead Teachers must have a minimum of a CDA (Child Development Associate)and or an Associate's Degree or higher form of education. They are CPR and First Aid trained, and teachers of infants and toddlers have taken specialized classes for that particular age group. Each year, all of our staff must participate in early childhood education seminars and workshops. Most importantly, our staff must have a passion and heart for early childhood. This is a demanding field with high expectations that effects the lives of our future generation; our future citizens, and unfortunately does not have the pay or benefits that these dedicated professionals deserve. A teacher must be truly dedicated to changing the lives of children.
Our interview process is quite a stringent one. We conduct the interview, We run a criminal background check, consult references listed on resume, and once hired, monitor them closely for the first 90 days. Some applicants don't make the cut after the first 90 days. We are serious about providing the very best early learning experience for our children and won't accept mediocrity.
